Packaging was good. Shipping was reasonably prompt. Waterblock condition was OK. PSU was unuseable without repair and defects were obvious yet undisclosed.

PSU defects: Stripped case screw, replacement fan wires soldered but uninsulated and shorting, fan installed backward, 40% of drive contact sockets butchered beyond useability during an ugly sleeving job and jammed back into housings, one wire to MB severed, soldered together, and left uninsulated.
